By visiting our website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom order request, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website.
These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of the site.
Products and Services
Tubbs & Co. offers custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, laser engraving, personalized products, promotional products, and related services.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. However, actual colors and finishes may vary due to screen settings, garment or product materials, manufacturing differences, thread, ink, coatings, engraving materials, and other factors.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse products or services at any time.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Custom order pricing may vary based on garment or product selection, quantity, design complexity, artwork preparation, print or embroidery locations, engraving requirements, rush service, shipping, and other project-specific factors.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Unless otherwise stated, Tubbs & Co. custom quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment
Website orders must be paid at checkout.
Custom orders must generally be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment does not begin the production timeline by itself. Production begins only after all required order information, artwork, approvals, and payment have been received.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are subject to our Custom Order Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable artwork, spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, sizing, and personalization details before production.
Once a proof has been approved or production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Additional charges may apply if changes can be accommodated after approval.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, designs, or other content to Tubbs & Co., you represent that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
You authorize Tubbs & Co. to use submitted content as necessary to complete your order.
You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permissions, or approvals related to submitted artwork.
Tubbs & Co. reserves the right to refuse artwork or orders that we reasonably believe may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other applicable laws.
Embroidery, Printing, and Engraving
Production results may vary based on the garment, material, coating, finish, artwork, thread, print method, engraving method, and manufacturer.
Minor variations in placement, color, texture, grain, engraving contrast, stitching, or finished appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Customer-Supplied Items
Customer-supplied garments and products are accepted only with prior approval and are customized at the customer’s risk.
Tubbs & Co. is not responsible for manufacturer defects, material inconsistencies, unexpected reactions, discoloration, damage, or other issues that may occur while decorating or processing customer-supplied items.
Replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed.
Tubbs & Co. may decline any item that is unsuitable for printing, embroidery, engraving, cutting, or other customization.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, quantity, artwork requirements, proof approval, production volume, supplier delays, and other factors.

Rush Orders
Rush service may be available depending on production capacity and product availability.
Rush fees apply when rush service is approved.
Payment of a rush fee does not guarantee delivery if delays are caused by circumstances outside of Tubbs & Co.’s reasonable control, including carrier delays, supplier shortages, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Tubbs & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and remakes are governed by our Refund Policy and Custom Order Policy.
Because many of our products are custom, personalized, or made to order, they may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Website Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur involving pricing, descriptions, availability, product details, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if inaccurate information affects the transaction. If a paid order is canceled for this reason, any applicable payment will be refunded.

You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not submit content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
