Logo/File Requirements

To help us create the best finished product, please provide high-quality artwork or logo files whenever possible. The better the file quality, the cleaner your embroidery, DTF print, or custom product will look.

Preferred File Types

For the best results, please submit one of the following file types:

PNG
Best for DTF printing when the image has a transparent background.

SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF
Best for logos, clean artwork, and professional design files.

High-resolution JPG
Accepted if the image is clear and not blurry or pixelated.

For DTF Printing

Artwork should be clear, high-resolution, and sized as close as possible to the desired print size. Transparent PNG files are preferred for designs that should not have a background.

For Embroidery

Embroidery requires a digitized file before stitching. If your logo has not been digitized before, a digitizing fee may apply. Some designs may need to be simplified for the best embroidery results.

Low-Quality Files

Screenshots, blurry images, small logos, and images copied from social media may not produce clean results. If a file is too low quality, we may request a better version before production begins.

Design Proofs

A proof may be sent for approval before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and design details before approving.
